Traceability software for fashion brands

Itsperfect is the first Fashion ERP software to launch an integrated Traceability module. It lets you map your entire production process, from cotton plant to finished product in the warehouse, with every step traceable along the way.

This helps you prepare for upcoming regulatory requirements, including the Digital Product Passport for the fashion industry.

Track every step in your supply chain

Each step in the supply chain can be recorded and linked directly to a material and the (CMT) purchase order. This saves time, especially when the same materials are used across multiple items, without relying on third-party systems.

For each purchase order, the full supply chain of an item is recorded. This means that, for example, the origin of a Never Out Of Stock item can always be traced, even across different purchase orders.

Through the integrated supplier portal, suppliers can also log the production process themselves.

Built for upcoming regulations

Availability and pricing

The Traceability module is available on the Itsperfect App Store for €250 per month.

Itsperfect also offers a Sustainability module, which allows you to manage and maintain Social Compliance Audits, as well as scope and transaction certificates. This module costs €130 per month.

Both modules are available only when using Itsperfect’s ERP system.
