And if an item is missing in the store, it can be sent to the consumer immediately via dropshipping thanks to current stock levels.

In international wholesale, the role of sales representatives remains central. To help them remain productive in an increasingly digital environment, Itsperfect offers its own digital back office for agents. Here, (pre-)orders can be entered quickly, customer data retrieved and delivery overviews viewed. At any time and on any device.

Evaluations by brand, customer, collection or order provide valuable insights. Overviews are clearly structured and can be filtered or downloaded as required.

Showroom scanning supports ordering at trade fairs and in showrooms: Representatives scan barcodes, collect items and enter orders directly. The integrated CRM function helps to maintain customer relationships – notes, reminders and conversation histories are saved and can be called up at any time. This turns every trade fair contact into a long-term business relationship.

What used to start with handwritten quantities is now a completely digital process. Brands, representatives and retailers work together in real time, with maximum transparency and efficiency.
