Founded by soul sisters Jill Shaw and Roxanne Sabbe in 2020, Colorush crafts three women’s collections each year, made entirely from the finest cashmere. And they just announced their first capsule collection for men. The cashmere comes straight from a goat farm in Inner Mongolia, where the softest fibers are carefully sourced. Only the longest, finest, and whitest hairs are selected, guaranteeing luxurious quality and durability.
Innovation meets sustainability
From day one, Colorush’s aim was to disrupt the fashion industry. Their manufacturer in China is challenged to create innovative, eco-friendly products, including those made from 100% recycled cashmere. All dyes are derived from natural sources, and no synthetic materials are added. Cashmere is a natural, long-lasting fabric and promotes slow fashion.
Global reach, Belgian roots
While only 10% of their collections are sold in Belgium and the rest of Europe, 90% of Colorush’s revenue comes from exports, with the largest markets being the US, UK, and Canada. Their vibrant collections, featuring fresh pastels and bold brights, are sold to multi-brand stores worldwide.
Tech-driven fashion
At Colorush, they are always looking for the latest technologies. From AI-driven campaigns to cutting-edge logistics solutions, they are embracing innovation to stay competitive.
And now, Colorush is fully live with Itsperfect, an innovative ERP solution recommended by their logistics partner Bleckmann to further streamline their operations.
Roxanne: “The integration between Bleckmann and Itsperfect was seamless. We chose Itsperfect for its smooth collaboration but also because it’s scalable, supports future growth, and aligns with developments in traceability. We are very satisfied with our choice.”
Colorush’s commitment to socially responsible entrepreneurship is central to their mission, although they acknowledge that 100% sustainability in fashion is complex. Still, they are doing their best with cashmere – a natural product combed or sheared from goats without causing harm. As Roxanne puts it, “It would be hypocritical to say that we are 100% sustainable, but we strive for the best, promoting slow fashion with high-quality cashmere that lasts for years.”
