Order season! A great time to present our new B2B webshop for agents and retailers. With a new, fresh design, we are laying the foundation for a robust environment that we can build on with all kinds of cool features in the coming year. Everything to showcase your collections even better and make the ordering process as easy as possible for agents and retailers. Naturally, it is fully integrated with our ERP and can be used for both pre-orders and direct orders. In fact, it’s exactly what you need in the order season.
This first release already includes some surprising new features. We are happy to list them for you:
1. New design – The design has been completely revamped, taking into account factors such as large size bars and items with many colors.
2. Styling – In order to continuously add new functionalities, the design of the B2B webshop cannot be fully customized. However, in the new B2B webshop, it is possible to customize certain styling elements yourself, such as fonts, font sizes, and colors for buttons and content. This allows you to tailor the webshop entirely to your own branding.
3. Agent account info – Agents can immediately view sales orders and invoices.
4. Improved item matrix – The item matrix has been improved in various ways. For example, a total per size has been added, the system can now handle long size bars or items with many colors, and it is now much clearer for which color quantities are being entered.
5. Extensive filter system – The filter system on overview pages such as sales orders, invoices, and returns is now aligned with the ERP system, allowing for extensive filtering and sorting.
6. Shopping basket filters – The shopping basket has a filter that allows you to quickly see which items from an item group have been added. There are also two display options available: a detailed view by color and size, or a simple, clear overview by item/color.
7. Logging – We have been working with logging in the ERP for some time now, and this is now also available in the B2B webshop. Activities such as creating new customers are now available in the logbook.
8. CRM for agents – The new CRM system is now also available in the B2B webshop, allowing you to add and follow up on extensive CRM notes. You can add an unlimited number of notes and activities to each CRM item. Agents receive email reminders of activities they have added themselves.
9. Improved navigation – Breadcrumbs are now available on all pages.
10. New search system – The new search system in the header not only has a much more modern look, it also provides faster and better results.
11. Adjusted zoom function – The zoom function for article photos has been improved, allowing articles to be displayed larger without immediately viewing the details.
12. Branches – Agents and customers can now choose whether to write an order for one branch or enter the desired quantities per branch directly.
13. Copy orders – Copying orders was previously only available to agents, but this functionality is now also available to customers. In addition, it is possible to add an existing sales order to the current shopping cart instead of emptying the shopping cart first.
14. Returns and return labels – The process for entering returns has been improved, and returns can now be viewed in the B2B webshop. Retailers can download return labels themselves once they have been created or (if they have the rights to do so) generate return labels themselves.
