E-invoicing via Itsperfect & eConnect
With the integration between eConnect and Itsperfect, you can send e-invoices directly to your B2B customers in accordance with the Peppol standard. Within a few days, you will be connected to the Peppol network and can get started right away.
What is e-invoicing?
E-invoicing (electronic invoicing) makes it possible to send invoices digitally and process them automatically in the recipient’s accounting system.
This means: No more manual entry, less chance of errors, direct processing in the administration.
An e-invoice contains the same information as a paper or PDF invoice, but is sent in a standardized format (such as UBL). This allows the invoice to be processed fully automatically. More and more governments and companies are mandating e-invoicing, including within European initiatives such as VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA).
Why eConnect?
eConnect is a Peppol Access Point and Billing Service Provider (BSP). This means that eConnect connects your organization directly to the Peppol network, the secure European network for e-invoicing. When you use eConnect:
Automatically read
E-invoices are automatically read and checked by the recipient, which often leads to faster payment
Guaranteed receipt
Your PDF invoice cannot get lost in the mail, but is guaranteed to reach the recipient
Verified sender
Every sender on Peppol is checked and verified
Own e-invoicing address
You have your own e-invoicing address, which is much more secure than sending PDFs via email
This way, you can be sure that every invoice that comes in is correct.

Starting to send and receive
Within a few days, you will be able to exchange e-invoices via Peppol. The implementation requires very little time from your team and is fully supervised by eConnect.
RATES AND BUNDLES
Itsperfect charges €52 per month for the integration. You enter into a contract with eConnect yourself.
The one-time start-up cost for this is €326.
In addition, you choose a transaction bundle for the number of invoices to be sent per year (similar to a phone bundle). This depends on the number of invoices you expect to send per year and is structured as a sliding scale. You can discuss the exact price structure with eConnect.
Take the following examples:
Small, 1,000 transactions, €229.72 excl. VAT.
Large, 10,000 transactions, €1,507.76 excl. VAT.
A bundle is valid for one year. If you use up your transactions before the end of the year, you can easily purchase an additional bundle.
(Please note: unused transactions cannot be carried over to the following year or refunded.)
